We offer free shipping for all orders over $400. 

Shipping Carrier: All shipments will be insured for the full value of the package before taxes and also includes tracking. We prefer to use USPS Priority Mail for all of our shipping needs. If you would like to use a different service such as UPS or FedEx, or upgrade to express/overnight shipping, please contact us at LuxForgeDenver@gmail.com immediately before or after placing your order with your request. Additional shipping fees may apply if you choose a service other than USPS.

Shipping Speed: In-stock items will ship within 7 business days, and quicker turnaround is possible. Items that are made to order may need 2 or 3 weeks fulfillment time prior to shipping. If you would like something shipped right away please contact us. 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt. If item is damaged, modified (by LUX FORGE or client), or in any way different than the condition it was originally sold, it is not eligible for return. Made to Order items can be returned for store credit only.

We will send you the full address to send it back to once the return is approved. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom or customized products (such as custom orders, anything that has been modified, resized, or personalized). 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
