Schedule your 1-on-1 design consultation with our jeweler, Jiovanni. We’ll talk about your ideas, dream gemstone or diamond, explore design inspiration, and your overall budget. You’ll also receive a ballpark estimate as we start bringing your vision to life.

To begin the creative process, a $500 non-refundable design retainer secures our design time and allows us to source the perfect stones for your piece if necessary. From there, we’ll create detailed sketches or CAD renderings and provide a detailed estimate.

Once the design and quote feels just right, we will lock it in with a 50% deposit, which officially begins production!

Your design now comes to life in our studio, where each element is handcrafted with precision and care. Our typical turnaround time is 6–8 weeks, depending on design complexity and our current workload

When your piece is complete, we’ll schedule your appointment to see the new piece or ship it to you! It’s a special moment — seeing your vision transformed into a beautiful heirloom.

Once you’re absolutely delighted with your finished piece, the remaining balance is due.
