SAPPHIRE ENGAGEMENT & COMMITMENT RINGS

Sapphires are a fabulous choice for an engagement ring. They are durable enough for every day wear, but also can be found in a huge variety of colors and in dozens of places around the world. Some of our favorite places to source sapphires from are Umba & Songea in Tanzania, Montana, Australia, Sri Lanka and Nigeria.

Ethical sourcing is always top of mind when we source the perfect center stones for our clients. We aim to support small, artisanal mining operations that prioritize the safety of the miners as well as the environment. In addition, we also pay close attention the skilled stone cutters and polishers that turn uncut gems into true works of art. We aim to source gemstones and diamonds as close to the mine as possible to ensure that every person along the supply chain is treated with respect and care.

Made with a custom cut teal sapphire from El Dorado Bar, Montana, lab grown round white diamonds and Canadian baguette-cut salt and pepper diamonds, set in 14k Yellow Gold

GREEN SONGEA SAPPHIRE

Set in an east-west prong setting, this olive green Songea Sapphire is a vibrant example of the many colors that can be found in this famous region of Tanzania.

PURPLE SONGEA SAPPHIRE

Brilliant purple is a highly-sought after color in Sapphire, and this bicolor gemstone is a fantastic example! The 14k rose gold brings out the fuchsia pink zoning in part of the stone.

SAPPHIRE HALF-BEZEL

This gorgeous teal blue sapphire is truly showcased by this minimalist, modern 14k yellow gold setting.

CEYLON SAPPHIRE THREE STONE RING

This classic 3 stone style engagement ring features a 2+ carat natural, unheated Sapphire from Sri Lanka and a pair of perfectly matched natural diamond trapezoids, set in 18k yellow gold.

ROSE CUT SAPPHIRE

Featuring a luscious blue sapphire rose cut from Nigeria, this fantastically unique engagement ring as three sets of 3 prongs and antique-inspired milgrain accents.

MERMAID SAPPHIRE SOLITAIRE

Sourced from Madagascar, where some of the best teal blue sapphires come from, this perfectly faceted sapphire is a true work of art and was set in a minimalist platinum solitaire style ring to best showcase the stone.

UMBA SAPPHIRE SOLITAIRE

Another minimalist design, this secure 14k white gold setting delicately holds this icy-blue sapphire from Tanzania.

THREE STONE ENGAGEMENT RINGS

Three stone rings are a truly classic design. Each jewelry time period throughout history has its own take on the style, examples of three stone rings date as far back as the Etruscan period, predating ancient Greece! Today, we wear these rings to represent our past, present and future together with our significant other. Diamonds and sapphires are a common combination, as well as keeping it simple with three diamonds. The combinations are truly endless!

Made in glowing 18k yellow gold, this fabulous ring features a wide double band and unique-colored blue diamonds.

MARQUISE WITH HALF MOON DIAMONDS

We chose to pair this marquise diamond with a pair of perfectly matched half-moon shaped diamonds, and set everything in highly polished 14k yellow gold.

RADIANT DIAMOND WITH CADILLACS

Set in a half-bezel style center setting, this stunning 6+ carat radiant cut diamond is paired perfectly with custom-cut cadillac diamonds on either side.

EMERALD WITH BAGUETTE DIAMONDS

Another Art Deco inspired design, this masculine engagement ring features a bright green Zambian emerald and set in a two-tone ring with a pair of tapered baguette diamonds on either side.

SALT & PEPPER DIAMONDS

Salt and Pepper diamonds are a natural occurrence with special characteristics that make them truly unique stones. Found in grey, black, brown, white & more, these diamonds often exhibit color zoning or speckles, giving each stone distinct "birthmarks". They are durable and boast unique cutting styles that enhance their lustre.

MARQUISE DIAMOND CLUSTER

An ombre of bezel-set salt and pepper diamonds cascading down the side of the ring shows the unique color of the center diamond.

KITE SHAPE DIAMOND

Made with bold geometric lines and an accent of milgrain, this unique ring features a .83ct rose-cut geometric diamond.

COFFIN DIAMOND SIGNET

Featuring a geometric bezel set center diamond, this signet ring is made in solid 14k yellow gold and polished to a gleaming mirror finish.

TWO STONE RINGS | TOI ET MOI

Two-stone rings, also known as Toi Et Moi (you and me in French) are sweet symbols of love! This design dates back to the Belle Epoque period in the late 19th century through the early 20th century, which took place in Central Europe.

SAPPHIRE SHIELD & BROWN DIAMOND

Set in a genderless signet style ring, this pair of stones are set off by the richly textured 14k palladium white gold.

CEYLON SAPPHIRE & DIAMONDS

This ring features a 3 carat pear shape diamond and a grey-blue Sri Lankan sapphire, set in talon like prongs in 14k yellow gold.

MONTANA SAPPHIRE & HEIRLOOM DIAMOND

This organic style split-band ring features an Iridescent green sapphire from Montana and our client's heirloom diamond, and was handcrafted in 14k palladium white gold.

TANZANITE & AQUAMARINE

We made this ring using our client's grandmother's stones, which were previously set in a dated, worn-out, 14k rose gold ring that was not her style.

COLORADO AQUAMARINE & MONTANA SAPPHIRE

Each gemstone in this ring represents the birthplace of our client's two children, Colorado and Montana. Set in a 14k palladium white gold ring with a leaf accent on one side.

DIAMOND & TSAVORITE GARNET

This dainty ring features a brilliant radiant cut diamond and a rich spring-green Tsavorite garnet from Tanzania.

Made with a stunning, perfectly matched suite of Mozambique rubies, this two-tone ring was created with 18k yellow gold and blackened sterling silver

CARVED TWO TONE BAND

The subtle contrast of 14k palladium white gold and 14k yellow gold is a truly unique design choice, especially when paired with the hand-carved center band.

FAUX DAMASCUS TWO TONE RING

Damascus steel is a gorgeous metal, but due to the way it is made and its working properties, rings made with it cannot be resized. We made a sterling silver band and carved it to emulate the wood grain like patterns.

WHITE GOLD GRANITE BAND

Made with our signature granite texture, this 14k palladium white gold ring is a fabulous example of this design.

FLUSH SET DIAMOND BANDS

Each highly polished yellow gold ring features a constellation of white diamonds, and a single gemstone. Pink tourmaline is in his ring, which is his wife's birthstone, and Blue Topaz is in her ring, which is her husband's birthstone.

A match made in color-contrast heaven, this ring features a satin textured platinum band in the center and highly polished 18k yellow gold outer bands.

When it comes to inspiration, we draw lots of aesthetic elements from the Art Deco, Edwardian, Victorian and Belle Epoque (& more) periods of design. The custom pieces we've created in this collection clearly show the design inspiration drawn from each time period's aesthetic language.

Made with a stunning Zambian emerald and a swath of channel set baguette diamonds, this 18k yellow gold ring is a stunning example of Art Deco maximalism.

HEIRLOOM CLUSTER RING

After years of wear, our clients were ready to redesign their well-loved ring into something that better encapsulated their love. This two tone ring drew lots of inspiration from both the Art Deco and Art Nouveau periods.

MINIMALIST EMERALD CUT RING

This minimalist ring features a stunning 19.44 carat diamond in brilliant white gold, and evokes the stark minimalism of the Midcentury modern and Bauhaus periods of design and art.
